Encore un defi !

Celui du recyclage cette fois-ci chez les Gribouillis d'Ines. Que celle (celui) qui n'a pas des tas de boutons qui trainent dans un coin lève le doigt !!! C'est bien ce que je pensais ! Voici un moyen rigolo d'utiliser vos boutons dépareillés (à 2 trous): réaliser un Bonhomme Bouton à base de boutons, de patience et de beaucoup de double noeuds !

PS: pour finir mettre une goutte de vernis ou de colle PVA sur les derniers noeuds des pieds et des mains pour éviter qu'ils ne se défassent.

Another challenge: this time it is all about recycling with les Gribouillis d'Ines. Here is a nice way to reuse all those buttons you keep in that box in the 3rd bottom right drawer ! How to make a Button Man: you need a lot of 2 holes buttons in 2 sizes, one big wooden bead for the head and some solid linen thread.

Gather 4 threads of linen (the length will depend on the size of your button man) and make a knot at one end. Start with the big bead for the head and make a knot. Then slide a medium size button under the head, 2 threads in one hole, 2 threads in the other hole. Make a knot, add another button and so on until you are happy with the size of the body of your Button man. Make a final knot, then make a knot with 2 threads and slide a small button (1 thread in one hole, 1 thread in the other hole), make a knot. This is the begining of your first leg, do the same with the other 2 threads for the second leg. Add small buttons with knots between each of them until you are happy with the size of the legs. Then knot 2 threads under the first button of the body to make the arms. Make a knot and slide a small button (1 thread in a hole, 1 thread in the other hole) and make a knot to start an arm. Do the same on the other side for the second arm. Keep on adding buttons and knotting until you are happy with the lenght of the arms. Finish of with a bit of varnish or glue on the last knot of each leg and arm to prevent it undoing.

je te soupçonne d'être venue a la maison lorsque j'étais absente et avoir découvert mes bocaux de boutons....hihihi...c'est pour cela que je retiens cette idée originale et rigolote. Super réalisation. Bonne semaine
